Manufacturing, Lab and Office Space

Complex 170 consists of a 57,146 square feet “state-of-the-art” high rise and low rise warehouse building and 6,000 square feet of laboratory space. The high rise portion of the building has a capacity of 7,600 pallet positions under a 56 foot ceiling.

The capacity for each rack position is 4,000 lbs. The racks are serviced with three wire-guided turret trucks that are SAP equipped with screens and RF scanners. The complex has a conference room, locker facilities and office space for administrative and support personnel.

There are ten receiving doors that are air sealed with outside cushions. Trailers are secured with load-levellers, dock locks and various status lights for added safety. The local area is controlled and monitored for temperature and humidity (Relative Humidity 0-55% and Temperature 59-86 degrees F). The warehouse is also equipped with a “cool room” with temperature control between 40 and 60 degrees F. The capacity of the cool room is 156 pallet positions. The space is also equipped with an emergency back-up generator and two raw material sampling booths.
